3mi1ythinks replied to your post: It’s so annoying when people refer to every discussion among like-minded individuals as a “circlejerk.” First of all, you can learn a lot even from people that you have a lot of opinions in common with. Second, not all of us can stomach interacting with people who think we should be denied basic rights or whatever. Third, not every political discussion needs to be a debate.
